Filling out the form on this page will get us in contact with you about any upcoming open house events. If you would like to apply for the waitlist, you must attend an open house & complete a waitlist form in person.

As a micro-school, we cannot guarantee a particular number on the waitlist.

If offered a spot after initial waitlist application, fill out all registration forms. Return these with deposit & arrange for payment of tuition.

The registration form gives the school required information about child & family. It is an application for enrollment, a health form, & agreement for tuition payment. Registration must be renewed each year. The tuition & fees schedule form states all tuition policies. Tuition payments are to be made in full for the year or on a semi-annual, quarterly, or monthly basis as arranged.

The signing of registration & handbook forms affirms that you have received, understand, & agree to all information about Iris Montessori as it is given to you in the family handbook, the registration form, & the tuition policies. State regulations require a Child Wellness Exam be performed before starting school as well as updating all immunizations. A record of both must be submitted to the school prior to start date.
